howdy! I'm noticing a lot of the new bespin pack figures in custom Imperial Assault local games, and I have to say... dang they're awesome sculpts!
my favorite is the female ithorian, who I may obtain a duplicate of simply to customise muahaha.
in game terms, 'super-stealth' has arrived bigtime for IA, and folks are ironically reacting to it very similarly to the superstealth era in SWMinis. effectively 'jolt' is also being added to the game, and some strategies from SWMinis become applicable to some combos in IA...
I also cannot recommend more to folks, 'paintmylittleworld.com' - excellent paintwork there. and of course, Agis Neugebauer.
all of the positives aside, and onto a drawback - Agent Blaise is too huge to be a stormtrooper - he's 'heroic' scaled, compared to other troopers. conversely, I think the Ugnaught tinkerers are slightly on the too short and wide end... its all awesome though!
the ISB militia will be added to the Kota militia for scenarios, and they're nicely detailed!
I look forward to hearing from you; what are your thoughts on imperial assault, and recent expansions? do you use IA minis for SWMinis proxies? - would there be interest in making a VSET to port the characters directly into SWMinis?

I'll be using 'davith kelso" (nice nod to 'that 70s show, FFG ffs) as a proxy for Ferus Olin.
in IA, i've posted elsewhere that Kelso is overpowered... he's a superstealther with essentially 'rolling cleave'/strafe attack.
