As the title says, if you use Sifo-Dyas to bring in Dooku Sep Leader to a Republic squad, what can you bring in if you get his reserve rolls? Any separatist non-uniques?

I believe the answer is no one, Reserves does not inherently let you break faction rules for squadbuilding.

The only reserves ability that gets around squad building restrictions is Immediate Droid Reserves, which dooku doesn't have.

I can't see anything against it, so reserves should work normally even if a character has reserves for a different faction the player is playing.
This situation's been around since RotS (e.g. San Hill betraying), so if it changed something, you'd think it would've been in the FAQ.
Edit: Ignore, see below.

Swinefeld says otherwise in the comments of this squad http://www.bloomilk.com/Squad/148466/sifos-lucky-diceHanSolo79 asks: Is this Dooku able to bring in Seps through his Sep Reserves 20 even though he's in a Republic squad? SW: Not unless they have Affinity for Republic or some other character in the squad. Reserves is "Deferred Squadbuilding" It doesn't let you break the rules of squadbuilding unless it SPECIFICALLY says so. Same thing as Han in Carbonite in the NR.

Ah, yep, I'm wrong. Found evidence from 2008 trying to dig through the old WotC forums: http://community.wizards.com/content/forum-topic/1762196It covered Kota and Palpatine, but the answer still works for this situation.

Bump. In another thread, donnyrides asks about the difference between Dooku in Republic (not getting Sep Reserves) and Garm/Mothma's Reinforcements that allow cross-faction even though it doesn't say "regardless of faction". The Kota/Palpatine rule would be the same thing, I assume. I guess the ruling is that Reserves and Reinforcements work differently there, but I don't quite see the logic either.
