Are there any Real plans to put together a new list or is this a catch all for what's hot what not?
I actually think an updated list of what's the top 10-15 pieces each faction would help the newer players. Seems that at our recent tournaments the older guys just bring another squad (pre-built) and have the new guys use them. I think it'd be better to let them build their own, make their own mistakes and learn from them (like the rest of us.)

I'd make these changes to the last 8 factions:
Republic
Remove: the Naboo stuff (including Mothma and Yularen)
Add: Cin, Serra, Mace LotLS
Seps
Seems pretty good - I'd consider the Enforcer Droid, and reinstating Poggle, but honestly not sure if either justifies a place.
Rebels
The Really Good section needs an overhaul - I'd keep the top 4, but my bottom six would be Luke HoE, Han Millennium, Lando Infiltrator, Kyle Rebel Hero, Artoo, maybe WOTC Crix or Han Smuggler?
Imperial
Drop Imperial Governor, add Vader of Lothal and 100 point Sidious
NR
Add General Wedge Antilles, Callista, and Rey.
Mandos
Drop Neo Crusader stuff
Vong
Probably needs to reorganise to include Domain Lah under Blastbugs?
Fringe
Include Marn, Barada on Skiff, Bib Fortuna, and Pote Snitkin.

Hutts, don't you consider Bandon and DWIII essential? Unless I'm building a sith squad with a specific purpose, Bandon and DW III are in every squad. Then again, that might be why I'm not a pro.

Wyyyrlok + Holosid + Bandon is a good base - Wyyyrlok and Bandon get lots of extra FP, and Holosid and Bandon don't have to risk themselves on the frontlines.

I like Bandon, and he was on last year's list, but I was trying to keep it to around ten. I think he was the last piece I cut.
I think Wyyyrlok is a bit overrated. 20 points for Booming Voice is a lot, so I'd only play him I can make use of his CE as well, which is quite specific builds.
