If his attack hits on an opponent that hasn't activated does "jolt" make his oppurtunist work?

It does not make opportunist kick in on the attack where Jolt succeeded, but if a character is Jolted on the first attack of a Twin, Opportunist will then apply on the second attack.

I don't think that is correct. Status resets after each attack -- which means after the second twin attack. If the Vigo has two attacks (due to Tarkin's CE for example), and jolts on the first attack (either of the twin), then both twins on the second attack will get opportunist.

Okay, I am pretty confused. Here is how it works. If a Vigo gains Extra Attack from a CE and Twin from the Czerka, and attacks an unactivated opponent:

1st Attack: No Opportunist, Hits and Jolt activates the figures.
Twin Attack: Opportunist
2nd Attack: Opportunist
Twin Attack: Opportunist

Twin Attacks are essentially all new attacks, and happen after the first attack fully resolves, which can leave changes for Opportunist/Cunning etc.
