So my character misses the save, turns savage, and must base Malgus, if it can. If I am based with 2 enemies, and forced to disengage from basing, to go and base Malgus, do the 2 characters get attacks of opportunity?

yes, they would get AoOs.
However if for some reason (ie malgus is farther than 12 movement spaces away) and you can't reach him, you don't have to move at all if you are already based with a guy.

Also, a bit of a quirk with Face Your Destiny (and also with Kohoun Infestation). They ignore line of sight, but they still target. They follow all of the targeting rules (adjacent, cover, closest enemy, etc) except that you don't have to have line of sight to the enemy. That means that you have to target the closest enemy, or an adjacent enemy if you can.
