I see two tempo control clocks on squads I made. What doe that mean?

If something "counts as" does that mean you can proxy the mini with another version?

tempo control means you have a figure in your squad, that allows only one activation per round,
instead of the usual two.
Counts As, means that character counts as another with a similar name.
for ex, count serreno, counts as dookuso
so you couldn't have both in your squad.

The Unique ability means you can't have two copies of that mini in your squad, but it also means you can't have another version of that persona either. Most of the time it's obvious. For each character, there is a name that is used to indicate whether it is the same persona as another character. Like "Leia", "Luke", "Anakin", etc. They are specific to a faction, so "Anakin" in Republic isn't the same as "Anakin Solo" in New Republic.

"Counts as" is used to indicate when a character counts as the same persona even though it might not have the keyword that is typically associated with that persona. Like Arica counting as Mara Jade or General Solo counting as Han Solo.

"Counts as" doesn't do anything to the name of a character unless it says "Counts as a character NAMED x". So anything that references "a character whose name contains Han Solo" does not apply to General Solo (even though he counts as Han Solo for the purposes of the Unique special ability).

The wording "Counts as a character named X" is rare, but is used for example on Chewie, who "Counts as a character named Chewbacca". So anything that references "a character whose name contains Chewbacca" or "a character named Chewbacca" also applies to Chewie.
