Hi all! I'm new to the site, but I've had my mini's since about 2006. I just moved back to my hometown (Indy) and I started playing with my friends!
A few questions- what are the new sets (V-Series?) about? How do you 'get' them?
Are there any common play scenarios for 3 players?
Is there a healthy trade market?

Welcome to the boards! The v-sets are a community driven project to keep the game alive with new sets. Currently 36 new pieces are introduced every 6 months, and the set 13 is due to be released shortly. Anyone can be involved in the process as a play-tester. As far as 3-player scenarios go, I usually do a free-for-all where you score points for the pieces you take out. Can lead to just "stealing" kills for points, but helps to prevent camping and balances out any 2v1 situations.

I've played "kill to your left". That prevents 2vs1, but can lead to assume silly merry go round style play.
