If a character has twin attack, and the first attack hits a Felucian follower and the follower saves, does the 2nd attack also go through, so that the Felucian has to save again, or does the twin go away?

I think the save is actually made by the attacker, not the target. In any case, a twin attack will always trigger, unless the target of the first attack is no longer a legal target. But the attack won't do any damage if the target only has 10 hit points, unless the attacker makes the save.

While under the effects of Shaman Aura, each time the character would be reduced to below 10 HP, they must make a save of 6. If successful, they are not defeated and remain in play with 10HP.
Think of it like it's granting Avoid Defeat, but a single save of 6 is needed instead of 2 11s.
