Just trying to make sure I understand this SA. So if someone has Disruptive, does that mean they have 3 choices? They can be within 6 squares of either the Commander, a Mouse Droid, or a follower who's benefiting from a CE in order to make the enemy not gain the CE?

Just the commander or the character benefiting. You can't disrupt the CE by disrupting the Mouse Droid alone. It's neither the commander nor the one benefiting from the CE. (Though it's rare that you're close enough to the Mouse without being close enough to anything else.)

being close to a mouse droid would have no effect.
Either 1. Being within 6 of the commander (thus stopping the CE entirely) so no one on the opposing team would get it.
or
2. Being within 6 of an enemy character (just that enemy wouldn't get it)
Mouse droids just extend the range (they aren't the actual commander)
