In my old age, I have forgotten, if when I move with momentum to base and attack the enemy, do all of my attacks get the momentum bonus or is it just the first attack? ( ie; (Backlash-Double), twin, Greater Mobile with Double or Triple Attack )

All attacks get the bonus.

In addition to that, if the character has Charging Assault +10, does only the first attack get the +10 bonus?

In that case only the first would get the bonus. I think only twin would give an additional attack since charging assault replaces turn.
