The ability reads- Cannot be targeted by enemy abilities within 6 squares. Cannot gain abilities that reduce or prevent damage...
So I assume Double Claw attack would not work, since its listed under the special abilities marker? As is Melee Attack itself? So are Shrouded characters immune to Melee attacks? Or is this covered in some facts section where Melee is not considered an ability?

Double Claw attack doesn't say "Target" in it, not does Melee attack.
something like twin blaster 10 wouldn't work though....I don't think...
Replaces attacks: sight; make 2 attacks against 1 target at +8 Attack and 10 Damage. These count as nonmelee attacks.

Ok, so since it doesn't say "target" in the ability, even tho the ability itself requires you to target something, it would override Shrouded's ability, which negates you from using any abilities to target them?

When Shrouded came out, I don't think the rules masters were fully consulted, but I think targeting rules and "target" are slightly different.
Shrouded probably meant to be anything that doesn't require a dice roll to see if an attack hit.

Melee Attack and Double Claw Attack don't target an enemy, they provide an effect for the character they're on, so they don't interact with Shrouded. It's similar to how you can use Lightsaber Assault against a character with Force Immunity; yes, at some point in the flow of using Lightsaber Assault you target the Force Immune enemy, but the actual ability effects the character using it, not the enemy.
