It is time for another round of looking for a new designer for the V-sets. We are looking for someone for V-set 16, to be released at GenCon 2018. The deadline for applications will be May 21.
Fill out the questionnaire below and PM the answer to me here or on Gamers (Echo24 here, Echo on Gamers). This is step 1 of the process.

What are the most important things to remember when designing a new piece?
How do you think the concept of teamwork applies to V-set design?
Give an example of a time you were involved in a personal conflict with one or more other people. How did you resolve this conflict?
Explain in your own words how you believe the design process progresses from start to finish.
Should pieces be designed to shift the metagame and if so how? Give an example.

My 2 cents -
We've had some really good applications in the past. I truly hope some of those past applicants that may have barely missed the cut apply again.
I also know there are really creative and talented designers out there. I hope we see some new applicants as well.
Really encourage anyone thinking about it to go for it!
