howdy folks.

as awesome as nubattlefront 1 was,
and it was, I racked up more hours than I care to admit,
It was lacking in one area. Droids.

I am very glad to see, they have rectified this in New Battlefront 2.
Droids... glorious droids.

not quite yet at the seamless 1:1 planet to space transitions,
but still, very awesome on a number of levels.

which era are you looking forward to most?
I personally look forward to killing Kilogram, again, and again, and again.
I will be griefing nuwarstrek stuff something chronic, muahaha.

see, now that Arma 4 mods are happening and,
it is like a civilian variant of "arma 6",
I kinda would prefer that level of ultra-realism hehe.
proper attrition and lateral flanking/asymmetric maneuvers.

some more strategy than just "pew-pew", and 1:1 universe scale, that'd be AWESOME;
SW:Empire At War meets old school battlefront 'galactic conquest" mode, essentially hehe.
and about the only thing I can think of which'd be more awesome than Battlefront 2 at this time.
though I did hear that battlefront 2 will have galactic conquest returning!

though, there's also the ARMA "X-men" mod, and,
the upcoming proper Xmen multiplayer game, so that'll be awesome also.

Too many games, (I never thought I'd say that hehe) after years of games-drought,
we get another deluge of games hehe.
its good times hehe.

I've also become a Battlefront addict!
Playing almost everyday and have become quite proficient. So far my best record is 36 kills 0 deaths.
I use the EE-4 with modified stock and the Berzerker trait. The power output makes it a 1 shot kill at shorter range while firing from the hip.

My all-time favorite game mode is Cargo and I've even started working on a Miniatures version of a Battlefront Cargo game.

The things I'm most excited for in Battlefront II are the story mode and cooperative play. I can't wait to join Inferno Squadron, find Vader's helmet, and fight to avenge the Emperor. It will also be nice to finally play cooperatively with my 8y.o. son instead of destroying him repeatedly.

I've per-ordered the deluxe package for November. Hopefully, this Battlefront won't be as disappointing as the first one. That marketing scheme of after you've purchased a game, there's a ton of DLC (downloadable content) to buy is a total scam. I'm glad they are abandoning that. Also DARTH MAUL!!! WHOO HOO!!!
