I don't think there is a "perfect time" to set it for everyone, but I am 100% down with finding a better time. Like 6 AM Tuesday morning, so Eastern Time Zone people do it Monday night and other people have a tad more time doing it as well. But I am not in charge of all this. I don't know if anyone person is but others can throw out their ideas.
