When does Master Shaper happen? It looks an awful lot like "beginning of skirmish" abilities like Light Tutor or Personalize Shields, but it doesn't say on the ability glossary, or either character page (Nen Yim or Dovin Basal Keeper). Can't find it in specialized Google search yet, either.
Nevermind. Missed it in the glossary. That's why one is supposed to triple-check.
