I posted a droid army that rarely loses more than a couple pieces... I'm just wondering what beats it since I don't see much about then being good... I play mostly rebel squads but in tourneys or games I play just to win it's just hasn't lost...
Anyone that could let me know what the meta for them is I would love to here it..

It doesn't lose? That's very cocky of you to say that... perhaps you need to play against "experienced" players

That will probably beat the droids, but will get mopped up by everything else.

The anit-droid army will work against some lesser droid builds but I don't think it will stand against some of the recent Meta Droids squads that has been going around these last 6 months. Lancer squads come to mind also IG-86s can do some damage.

The squad you posted is weak against Lancer squads the only real counter you have for them are the Kel dors but even then they self destruct 40 and that still keeps 1 lancer at 10 health. More then half of your squad can be killed with 1 twin lancer strafe.

I'm not agreeing with the original poster because droid armies can be dismantled .
Example:

57 General Grievous, Droid Army Commander
60 IG Lancer Droid x2
32 IG-86 Assassin Droid x2
12 Gha Nachkt
8 Battle Droid Officer
7 Security Battle Droid
5 Caamasi Noble
6 Battle Droid x2
4 Mouse Droid x2
9 Ugnaught Demolitionist x3

(200pts. 16 activations)

Once the lancers get thru the kel dors and kills a few extra figs on the way the second lancer can just clean up the mess. The IG-86's have staying power with the mouse droids giving them cover. They will also be able to get there oppurtunist once the lancers take out most scubs and activations.

You have a few errors here, namely the squad build. Any amount of tempo control, stealth, and/or Riposte/Djem So will make that squad cry.

2 Lancers is definitely not the tier 1 version, nor is it viable against most 200 meta squads. Lancer has to be run with Sidious or San Hill depending on where the strength of the squad lies. Only 4 attackers and 2 of them being Lancers (The Security BD is decent but not enough) gives the squad little staying power.

A standard NR with Kyle or even properly run Republic will, not can, will beat that.

As I stated before this squad is a counter to the droid army hate squad posted before. Yes Darth Sidious does give them full potential but you would not want to pawn a lancer if you are going to strafe a kel dor? I just put a basic lancer squad together without San or Sidious witht them the squad will be more maxed out. However I pointed out that this squad is used to take out scrubs and low health point grunts. Only two people in the Anti-Droid hate squad has enough health points to stay alive with 1 strafe, second Lancer would finish the job.

Of course a New Republic squad could do well against this, with disruptive the lancers are nowhere near as effective. However you still can strafe other people like Mara Jade, General Wedge, Dodona, and uggs and cheap grunts to help limit the activation control. You would weaken characters that are not able to hit you back or take out activations. The IG-86s can do well against KKJBM at a distance they are twining for 30 damage a hit for a 21 attack which I'm sure they are likely to hit Kyle once the support figs that boost him are destroyed.

I think that a squad could be made that would completely destroy this squad but it wouldnt be playable against anything else

If you've tested a sqaud that works and is competitive against other top sqaud please post... Yobuck doesn't work unless the droid play makes really bad choices... Rebel stealth with accurate did the best but if you move the IG first even if they get to go first they only get the one twin at 11 after that it's still 15 to hit if there's no cover... I don't know I'll keep testing any ideas... Rebel merc sqaud has a won 6 out of 10 games but it loses to yobuck and my yoda builds... Just looking for a chance against it all...
