Maybe I'll sound dumb, but what about the whole eternal empire from SWtoR? Vaylin, Valkorion (place for some creative ability die then give his force power part of card to someone maybe?). Or is it too off-canon for V-set? Ofc they would be fringe.
Also more new/only made by wotc characters (f.e. yes for new malak no for new yodas)

New canon and Legends are both represented extensively in Vsets. Some very obscure characters have been made, so I wouldn't worry about your suggestions being too "off canon".

I would like to reiterate the need and desire for a powerful Anakin Skywalker Jedi piece that costs 50ish points.
Not a commander, just a fantastic fighter.
Costing more than 48 stays away from Cin, He cannot get Momentum or Soresu from other pieces via Commander Effects since he is Anakin himself and he still gets bonuses from GOWK his master.
I saw a CCC piece with Shien and Djem so and fell in love with that idea. It fits Anakin as well.

Dexter Jettster - Informant and friend to Obi-Wan Kenobi (owned the cafe where he and Obi-Wan met) who tipped him off with vital information about Jango Fett. Must have piece I think.
J'Quille - Ruthless denizen of Jabba's palace who ultimately allowed his brain to be transferred into B'Omar Monk spider droids...he could have affinity with them and drive down their cost to managable. Also, he was very ruthless.

To clarify, it's still pretty early, so suggestions for new abilities and such are not off the table.
It's a GenCon set (with sealed event and customs) so I'd say the set list (characters) is firm.
