Darth Vader of Scarif's affinity will not allow him to be selected for imperial squads. Even when no commander is present.

Affinity and Rapport have not been updated in the squadbuilder since Vset 6 or so. The workaround for Affinity is to make an all-faction squad so you can include who you need to include, or if you prefer then instead use a proxy in the squadbuilder. The workaround for Rapport is to create a 250pt squad and do the math yourself to make sure you don't exceed the number of points you have available. Or, if you prefer, just leave a comment that you're adding an ugnaught or whatever with points gained from Rapport.
