... you know, this whole time I’m hearing that so and so can give this out and that SA blah blah blah l keep asking what are they talking about ... I’ve been out of state since Thursday night with only sporadic internet. I finally figured out what the problem was. I released his rough draft. The final card was supposed to have Anarchist (no ce & suppress etc) and cost 15 pts. Oh well, my bad for trying to do this long distance away from my computer ... and using my wife’s phone to boot. I may be able to vote tomorrow ... I hope. Cheers, surf

I find myself very drawn to the pieces that fit with or contrast existing units or subfactions. For me it is exciting to envision play with the interactions that those pieces would create.
Call it sacrilege, but I have not been able to see Solo yet, so with apologies to GG I avoided that entry.
1st place (3pts): Jen - I love the rivalry of the Jedi/Sith weapons masters that this creates. I could see a lot of fun just building small squads of those two characters and having them go to war. Seeing a JWM with a more aggressive Sith bent is awesome.
2nd place (2pts): Swine - Antarian rangers have a special place in my heart. I've always felt like the subfaction doesn't live up to my hopes of what it could be, and this piece fits that nicely. He adds flexibility to the faction as well as acts as a nice way to support from other commanders as well.
3rd place (1pt): Shmi - Covert, shifty, deadly. I like it and I think it accomplishes what you intended well.

So I think it comes down to Swine and Jen.... Jen is currently in the lead.. I think. So it comes down to how/if Surf votes this week...

Ok ... so got no time to analyze and if it’s down to Jen and swine, then swine wins.Jen’s Sith WM is nice, but it’s frankly a derivative of the jwm so that's not something creatively difficult to basically up gun something, and swine did something more original, so swine wins. Peace, Surf

I am pretty sure Swine was up 11 to 10 before Surf voted.
Congrats Swine! lots of 1st place votes. well liked piece. makes me think designers should be showing antarian rangers some more love.
