Agreed but that's a good rule in general, fewer abilities, my rational for number of abilities is:

Characters cost divided by 10 and AT MAXIMUM +1 if non-unique or + 2 if unique for number of abilities but definitely not 12 point C-3PO with 8 abilities AND a CE. It's hard enough to teach new players and help the old players learn new stuff all the time.

I would like to see more of the pieces.

I also really like the idea about just releasing Errated pieces for troublesome characters.

The rules are pretty simple. The rule system is actually very clean but it has some oddities that should've been thought about a bit more and cleared up because they get in the way of the players interpretation.

I would just like some of the "oddities" cleared up.

all lightsaber attacks as melee attacks

adjacent non-melee has att penalty (kind of like cover for melee, emulates redirection of the shot).

lightsabers cut doors with replacing turn.


I would try to resist making it too fast and balancing attack and defense so that first strike mechanisms are less prevalent.

there are probably more but I haven't thought about it in a while

I rarely, but sometimes disagree with Deri. This is not one of those times. :)
