Vodo is on thons back. Can I Jedi control vodo 6 squares away from thon?
How does the order of the movement happen? Can I move thon 6 with vodo on his back and than move vodo 6 as long as he is still a legal target?

They move simultaneously, and JBC doesn't let Vodo dismount. I don't think JBC could move Vodo at all - Vodo would simply move when Thon moves. Precedent would be whatever SBM does, but I don't think I've ever tried to move Thon with someone mounted before. If SBM lets you move Thon 6 squares (once for Thon and once for whoever he is carrying), then JBC could do it, too. But I don't think you can do that.

So you can affect the mounted character with both a targeted effect and an area effect. I just don't think you can move him at all except by moving the Mount, and you wouldn't get to move the Mount twice. He can't move on his own turn, after all.

Hmmm. I wonder if levitation would work (if the interaction was ever possible)

You cannot move a character while it is mounted, outside of the mount ability itself.
Currently, there is no way for an allied character to levitate Thon because
a) Levitation 1 is restricted to moving a Medium or smaller character.
b) A Family in Balance requires Medium characters in the squad.
An enemy Father could Levitate Thon while a character is mounted, unless I'm overlooking something.
