can you force push someone else even if you're based with another enemy?

if a character is based to you, you must target them with an attack or ability/Force Power that follows normal target rules. read the glossary, it says so there. Hope this helped .

I understand, the Glossary can be confusing sometimes.

Keep in mind that when doing Force Push 3 or 5, you also push all characters adjacent to the target. If i'm not mistaken, this includes you when based.

If a character is affected by their own Force Push, they take the damage and make the activation save, but do not move.

The activation save is kind of irrelevant being that the person who did the Force Push has already activated. But yes, they still have to make the save for it. Sincerely, Jester007

Not if they do it while under the effects of Dominate, Flow-Walking, or Pawn of the Dark Side.

But thanks for pointing those out. I was going along the lines of a "normal" situation Sincerely, Jester007

How about with sith or force lightning when your based to someone & the card says 2 adjacent targets also get hit to the character your targeting.
Can you get hit if your adjacent with force/sith lightning?
& also, if its sith/force lightning when it says 2 adjacent characters to that target get hit as well, if there is the target & 2 adjacet enemies adjacent to that target & yourself, can you just choose them two?

For Lightnings that deal damage to adjacent characters, the use of that Force Power can end up doing damage to yourself. If there are multiple other characters adjacent to the target, you get to choose which ones get zapped if there is a specified number.
Example:
N = Nightsister Sith Witch (who has Force Lightning that deals 30 to target and 2 other characters adjacent) T = Target B = Bystander
_ _ B B _ _ _ _ T _ _ _ _ _ N _ _ _
In the senario above, if the Nightsister Witch uses her Force Lightning, she will do 30 damage to the target, and has a choice of either doing 30 damage to each of the bystanders; or she can take 30 herself and deal 30 to one of the bystanders. If there are any characters adjacent to the target when you use Force Lightning, you must decide which one(s) will also be affected (up to the maximum allowed by the Force Power).
Sincerely, Jester007

I take it that in the diagram the Witch is W (not N)? Just making sure...
