I just picked up a Rathtar action figure. Scale might be a bit off, but I plan to mount it as the Rathtar mini. (Or, as my kids put it, biggiature.). We'll see how it goes.

Unfortunately, it's simply too big. Even if I put it on a base, I would never use it in a game because the arms would make a 5x5 or 6x6 area virtually unusable. I know wotc had a couple huges with similar issues but not worth the hassle in this case.
