My Custom Death Star Interior Terrain Options

I thought you would all appreciate my custom Death Star Interior terrain set. Me and my friends played out the Death Star rescue mission from A New Hope with modified rules and it turned out great.

Every Iconic room from the movie has been recreated like the Conference Room, Trash Compactor, Tracker Beam Chasm, Detention Cell, Docking Bay, Control Room, View of Alderaan, etc.

LED lights have been added to all the bottom rooms and hallways. All staircases can hold on mini by their base. All doors can be opened or closed. All Elevators can be moved up and down and hold minis. You can have minis fall from the Detention Cell down to the Trash Compactor via an opening that was purposely made in the Detention Cell area. Bridges in the chasms can be swapped out for extended bridges or cut off bridges.

Docking Bay is big enough to hold a custom 3D printed Millennium Falcon (with a playable interior as well) that is currently being painted for me and once it's ready then this setting will be complete and I'll post some update photos with it once I get it.

I am still working on perfecting the modified rules to make the mission fair for both players and will be testing out every week with them until I get it right. If possible I would like to bring this over to Gen Con next year and host the same mission throughout the event.

It looks awesome! How many players and how long is the scenario?

I think anything over 8 players or 3 hours and you start to lose interest.
Personally, I start debating the best use of my Con time when a large scenario/ mass battle lasts over 2 hours.

Absolutely amazing! You should look into the rules that were used for "Escape the Death Star" that we ran a few years ago. They could probably be modified pretty easily.

Yeah I am trying to test out that mission with this terrain and first play through turned out too long. It ended up taking us 6 hours just to get the heroes from the docking bay to the detention cell but we learned from that experience what worked and what didn't so I will be running this again this upcoming weekend with my friends to test out the new rules. I kinda went overboard with the realism of the situation which is what ended up taking so long.

But I also am open to other options for modified rules. Where would I look for the rules for the "Escape the Death Star" or could you link it to me please?
