Light Tutor gives a Force Rating, for all intents and purposes (including Jedi Hunter).
Light Spirit and Darth Sidious, Hologram's do not give a Force Rating. Light Spirit requires a Force Rating to begin with, and even though Sidious gives Force Renewal and thus Force Points, he does NOT give a Force Rating. This is covered in the FAQs.
