Cost effecient or not they still can change the game with 1 roll. I would say in DD, betrayal is far better than disintegration, you would then be in a 3v1 game.

That is a nice theory but in reality you beat Kreia the same way you always do, ignore her. And most squads as I said before have FPs to reroll and negate it and also there are a lot of direct damage abilities running around with guys like Jango, Talon, and tons of other Push/Lightning abilities. If betrayal is a factor in your games vs Kreia then you did something horribly wrong.

You got a good point joelker, just remember to keep FPs to reroll when you have to attack Kreia and you should be fine. As for your Cade BH/ Ani SA duo it looks good. Cade is a feared shooter and is heal allow him to survive really well.

Just picked up this weekend in a sealed tourney a duo formed by Darth Sidious, Sith Master and Darth Maul, Sith Apprentice. It looks really cool being a sith Master and Apprentice Duo, gonna play test it in the coming days.
Anyone have tried this one? Comments?
Peace

Jensaari protects Yoda from shooters, and in my opinion, GMY is the greatest figure in Dynamic Duo for the points. Given that he will typically be one-on-one with someone, he offers you immense firepower and also has range and protection from Plagueis, Loda, and any other heavy Force user out there. Play tips: Keep the Jensaari and Yoda close together. Be conservative with the Jensaari's FPs; his job is really not to attack but to defend Yoda. Kill the support attacker first and Yoda will take care of the other.

I took this down with a Kun Ghoul DD. he was able to take out my ghoul before i could replicate him. but i was able to get off a Triple attack with him. and kun is a beast in melee.

Peace I have not tried it. I will throw out some comments though! The Master/Apprentice angle is cool. They are both powerful in their own right, but lacking in defensive abilities. Too bad they did not design these pieces to work directly with each other. Sid's CE is unusable in Duo format. Pawn is also unusable (would be brutal otherwise!). Sid's lightning is useful, unless Maul is based with the target - ouch! In DD format, the only other option with that Sid is Kreia, who would at least have some defense against shooters if Cloaked. No other options with Maul. Definitely worth a try if you like the theme, but will probably have trouble against many combos, even when played very carefully.

(sigh) I just noticed Pawn is usable only on non-unique... too bad... Thx for your input swinefeld.
I'm gonna get a Felucian warrior on Rancor soon and I plan on using him in DD. Question is... with who?
Couple of interesting options... Vader's apprentice (both), Shado Vao, Tyrannus.
What do you guys think?

I just played Felcor and Tyranus together a couple weeks ago. Felcor, with Lightsaber Duelist from Tyranus, plus Parry is awesome against melee. Watch out for Jedi-Hunter shooters. It is a blast to run if you have a decent map for it. Shado is really good in this format with GMA/Deflect/Block/Riposte/MotF2. Of the 2 apprentices I personally would choose Redeemed for the extra 2 points of defense to help against shooters. It's pretty much trading attack for defense stats in deciding which one to go with.
