Ignoring the whole seperate faction obviousness...
Could the The Dark Woman's Light Tudor work on a character with Force Immunity?
Also...
If the above is possible, could the force immune character (with new force rating) be affected by Force Spirit (the force power)?
Any help would be greatly appreciated...

i play mixed faction Drafts all of the time, meaning me and my friends can choose up to 5 miniatures, regardless of faction and regardless of Era. I.E, Darth Bane, Assaj Ventress, GMLS, GOWK and....lets say Darth vader Unleashed...(its quite fun actually). as far as force immunity goes and using light tutor, a character is NOT effected by FPs, so I do not think that you would be able to give them a force rating at all. just for the fact that within 6 squares of the character with Force Immunity, FPs are "non Existent". so my answer would be No. thats not saying that you cant create some sort of "house rule" where you could possibly designate a Vong or Thrawn with light tutor, or a FR 1 from Obi Light Spirit.

Light Tutor is not a Force Power, so it may affect a character with Force Immunity. However, I believe that Force Spirit would not be able to affect a character with Force Immunity.

How about Grand Master Luke Skywalker's Commander Effect? I'm fairly certain that would allow the force immune character with force rating to have force renewal. Is that correct?

Is that correct? good question. HoloSid gives an allied character FR 1 within 6.....even if they have no force rating. the force immunity might block that CE out though, so Im not sure. Im sure what ever i write, might be wrong.

Force Immunity has no affect on Force Renewal. I'll be honest, I need to go back and double check the Force Spirit vs Force Immunity. I am pretty sure you can't be the recipient if you have Force Immunity, but there are some weird interactions that go on.

well, looking over the errata and glossary definition, it says that " this character is not effected by force powers" light spirit isnt considered a force power, and light tudor only grants you a force rating, so thats not a force power either. so with that definition, im going to have to say that the acting character cannot have the force used against him, but he can however use the force (if he has a rating from light tudor) against an enemy.

light spirit is a special ability, force spirit is a force power.
as for GM Luke and Holosid's commander effects, I'm fairly certain they would work, because it gives them force renewal, and force renewal would be the character's own force power, while the glossary definition for force immunity states that they can not be affected by OTHER characters force powers.

Just to nit-pick, the glossary says "Other characters cannot SPEND force points to affect this character". No force points are spent in Force Spirit. (head scratching).

thats what has me twisted too. though you arent "technically" spending force points at all to attempt in giving the immune character a force point.

something me and a buddy notice a while back, i don't know if the wording has changed on it or not, but it says "enemy characters" so as long as it was an ally, you could use force powers on it.

This was changed in the 2007 rulebook. Check out the latest rulebook glossary defination. It was noticed, and abused with UPS squads vs Thrawn.
