OK, here's my take at the uber-Anikan we all want so badly:
Anakin Skywalker, Republic Hero
Faction: Republic
Cost: 78
HP: 150
Def: 20
Atk: +16
Dam: 20
SAs: Unique, Melee, Parry, Double Attack, Twin Attack, Djem So Style Mastery, Lightsaber Duelist, Impulsive Sweep, Internal Strife
Force Powers: Force 3, Force Renewal 1, Lightsaber Assault, Lightsaber Defense, Force Grip, Force Push 2, Force Repulse 3, Knight Speed
CE: Followers with Order 66 within 6 squares gain Careful Shot +4 and Deadeye
Anikan earned much fame through his storied exploits during the Clone Wars, and was known across the galaxy as a hero of the Republic
Is that a fair representation of Anikan? Is is overpowered? Not accurate? Let me know.

A long-awaited BUMP.
Here is one of my favorite pieces from the custom set I made.
Count Dooku, Separtist Commander
Faction: Separtist
Cost: 65
HP:130
Def:21
Atk:+15
Dam:20
SAs: Unique, Triple Attack, Lightsaber Duelist, Makashi Style Mastery
Force: F2, FR1, Lightning 4, Lightsaber Block, Lightsaber Riposte, Lightsaber Precision
CE: Followers gain +2 Attack and +2 Defense
THAT is the Dooku we need.
Also, an update of a character that I think needs to be improved
Droideka
Faction: Separtist
Cost: 35
HP: 60
Def: 18
Atk: +10
Dam: 20
SAs: Droid, Speed 4, Triple Attack, Lightsaber Resistance, Wheel Mode (this character can move 24 squares if he doesn't attack), Shields 2, Accurate Shot
Jedi will run for their life from that.

Anakin should never get a piece exeeding 50 points because he was a incredibly reckless and a sorry excuse for a Jedi. Kenobi was the real hero. The Dooku is absolutely perfect. The Droideka is pretty good except for accurate shot. I was under the impression the they relied upon volume of fire rather than accuracy. I would switch it out for twin attack.

Here's another custom for all of you to chew on:
Jet Trooper
Faction: Republic
Cost: 17
HP: 50
Def: 14
Atk: +10
Dam: 20
SAs: Flight, EMP Launcher +20 (If this character hits an non-living enemy within 6 squares with his attack, the attack does +20 damage to the target and all non-living enemies adjacent, and all are stunned, save 11, Limited Ammo (this character can only attack once per turn, regardless of commander effects or SAs)
This is the Jet Trooper from Battlefront. In the game, he can clear out swarms of droids in a jiffy, but runs out of ammo really fast. I tried to represent that here.

Better give anakin "internal strife" which would make you be able to lower his cost

The Droideka should have like Speed 4 cuz they can't walk very fast when they're not in their ball.
