(and of course if you have submitted and now can't play, let us know that too) I'm still in and have sent squad, sorry for being a little slow

Ok - here's schedules:
Can't come early - TimmerB123 gandalfthegreatestwizard (I assume, do to time zones)
Early finish time thereisnotry (4:15c/5:15e) adamb0nd (6c/7e) Darth_Jim (7c/8e)
no restrictions (rockstar) urbanshmi
Not sure??? AceAce
So here's what I think we should do. It's gonna be real casual and sorta fly-by-the-seat-of-our-pants, but as long as we're all on the same page (hey - let's just play some minis and have fun) - we can't go wrong!
Let's just play 4 games each. If anyone that can get on early, go for it. Pick and opponent and play. If you can't get all 4 games in, that's ok too.
we should in general play Swiss-ish. What I mean by that is this:
People starting early, pick a partner and play. Let's say we have 4 players early. After the games finish, the winners should play and the other players pair up. Then when the newer players arrive, we'll try to make sure they mix in with the early players (late players playing other late players right away will try to be avoided because it counters the time-frames.) The other factor in addition to Swiss-ish, is late players vs early players should happen asap, and leave the late vs late until after the early players have to leave. Am I even making sense? Lol.
In general - try to pair people up that have small cross-over timeframes asap when an option. If those factors are equal in general, similar records should play each other. If those factors are in general equal - just find a partner and play!
If (I think this is a very narrow chance) more than 1 player goes undefeated, they can (if they choose) find a separate time to play for the "championship".
So, of course this will only be possible if players can start early (do to timeframes). So I hope some can. When I hop on tomorrow at 1:30 central, you can fill me in on where we are at and what we are doing.
Thanks everyone for just being willing to make it work.
