The Eighth Cortex Shaper gives (among many many other things) Willing to Serve to unique Vong allies. Also, the YV Consul's CE says, "Once per turn, whenever a Unique Yuuzhan Vong ally defeats an enemy with a melee attack, 1 Unique allied Yuuzhan Vong commander may immediately move up to its speed."
...so if the 8th Cortex and the Consul are in the same squad, does the Consul's CE ever affect anyone? Perhaps Warmaster Tsavong Lah or Shakel? Or would those characters now count as followers and therefore not be eligible for the Consul's CE?
Thanks

Willing to Serve is generally interpreted to make things both followers and commanders for purposes of CEs.

I have one as well.
Quorreal has rein 20. Eighth Cortext Shaper's bring in piece is considered a reinforcement. Does this fall under the Reinforcements Stacking rule? Meaning it is not allowed?

This is a question for the balance committee, but if I were the judge at a tournament I would allow it.

The parallel ruling for Reserves did not stop you from having multiple Voxyn Births in a round, according to swinefeld, as the ruling only affected abilities with Reserves in the name. Same probably applies here?

Thanks Willing to Serve Glossary Text This character also counts as a follower for purposes of commander effects of allied characters. (It still counts as a commander.) Laura’s post may be confusing. COMMANDERS in that squad would count as both commander and follower. Followers would be unaffected.
