For his commander effect - If your squad contains only Unique Rebel characters, you may roll twice for initiative.

Can you have non-unique characters and this still work? Is it specifying as long as all unique characters in the squad are rebel it works or is it saying everyone must be a unique rebel? I think it is the second way but wanting to make sure.

Everyone in the squad has to be a unique rebel.
