Hi, I was told to ask here: Do Baron Fel's Commander Effect and Moff Jerjerrod's Commander Effect stack?
Baron Fel: Followers within 6 squares who combine fire grant +6 Attack instead of +4.
Moff Jerjerrod: Followers within 6 squares who combine fire grant an additional +4 Attack.

Yes. Bonuses from commander effects do not stack. In this case, we don't have two separate bonuses, though. Baron Fel replaces the normal +4 you get for combining fire with a +6. This is not a bonus - it changes the base value of combining fire. Jerjerrod grants a bonus. This is answered in the final WotC FAQ: Quote:

Q: Would this effect stack with Baron Fel's commander effect, or Battle Meditation, or Control Minds?
A: Yes to Baron Fel's effect; it modifies the combined fire rule rather than directly affecting a statistic. Yes to Battle Meditation; it specifically says it stacks with such abilities. No to Control Minds; it creates another direct bonus to a statistic from a commander effect.
