so i guess what im asking is, can i utilize windows for my ranged attackers, or are the windows just novelty? We've played with house rules where windows can be looked out for things such as Recon but not shot through.

yea, windows can be kinda cheap, especially if yer using excellent shooters with evade. i like that recon idea though.
