2 questions:
1. How does the reveal work with "At the start of the skirmish, choose 1 ally.......", if both players have this commander effect. Who chooses the ally first? Or is it just announce the character at the same time, so that neither player gets any type of advantage?
2. After initiative is determined, what determines who can do their special ability and/or Force Power first? ( For example; Player A has the special ability "Intuition" and the Force Power "Surprise Attack". Player B has the special ability "Intuition"). Is it determined by who wins initiative, and chooses who is going to activate first? So, if player A wins intiative, and chooses to activate first, could he or she do both "Intuition" and "Surprise Attack", before player B can activate their "Intuition"?

1. If two of these type of effects happen at the same time, then yes, you reveal your decision at the same time. It's like Reinforcements. (For things that don't happen at the same time, there's a guide in the rules section on swmgamers.com.)
2. The person who goes first resolves all of their "pre-round" abilities first, then the other player does theirs.
