Ulic is on a squad with Mandalore Da Ultimate.
His Buddy Mandalore just gave him some Charging Fire, well, cuz hes a nice guy!
Ulic goes out and runs 12 squares, but sees that his Target, Darth Maul, is still 6 squares away....
Ulic Asks himself: "Can I master Speed on top of Mandalores Charging fire to hit the Zabrak?"

I am guessing yes

Quote:
Charging fire
Instead of taking its normal turn, this character can move up to double speed and, after moving, make an attack on the same turn.

Quote:
Master speed
On its turn, a character using this Force power can move an additional 6 squares.

Quote:
replaces turn

Some Force powers or special abilities have “replaces turn” as a special cost. A character who uses such a Force power or special ability gives up its normal turn. End-of-turn effects are resolved normally after using the Force power or special ability that replaces the character’s turn. A character cannot use a Force power or special ability that replaces attacks in the same turn that it uses a Force power or special ability that replaces its turn.

The only force power stipulation i see under replaces turn is the one about not using a Replaces attack ability.

Ok from my knowledge, im not 100% sure but i think it would work like this. Seeing as master speed doesnt replace attack or turn you are able to use on the same turn as charging fire. You would just only be able to use it before or after using charging fire, you arent able to use it in the middle.

So by doing this i think your able to use master speed to move the 6 squares, then use charging fire for the extra twelve ending with an attack. If you were to use charging fire first then at the end of that you would have to make an attack, then be able to use master speed. Seeing as you can only make the attack at the end of the charging fire, using master speed after used charging fire would only allow yout o move 6. So i would say use it before you use charging fire.

So basically use master speed, move the 6, then use charging fire & move the twelve & able to end using the attack. If you use charging fire first at the end you would have to make the attack for that ability, & then master speed would just allow you to move an extra 6 without being able to make the attack fore you already used charging fire first. Im pretty sure the attack if you do has to be made at the end of charging fire.

If you use Master/Knight Speed in sequence with Charging Fire (or Furious Assault), you must declare you are using it BEFORE you start moving. Once you have decided to use Master/Knight Speed or not, then you move up to the allowed movement. When you're done moving, then you make your attack at the end of the move and are left standing in the place where you made the attack.

Sincerely,
