I'm pretty sure the answer is no, but if you force phase can you attack a character on the other side of a wall?

You can move through the wall, but not attack someone on the other side of the wall AFAIK (card text says "This turn, this character can MOVE through walls", not attack through walls.

That is correct: you would actually need to move your Force Phasing character into a new space on the other side of the wall, and then make an attack. You can't stay where you are and blindly play poke poke poke with your lightsaber at someone on the other side of the wall.

If they are standing on the other side of a wall and you move next to them, would that provoke an attack of oppurtinte?

Only if you move out of a square next to them. A square on the other side of the wall is not adjacent to them. You can move through the wall into a square next to them without an AoO, but you can't tapdance around them if there was no wall protecting you.

I didn't think anyone would understand.

An AoO is generated when you move OUT of an square that is adjacent to an enemy, not when you move into one. So you are good to move through a wall, end adjacent to them and attack them without generating an AoO.

Just a question... I was playing the Dark Woman against Troy and I was wondering why she can move through WALLS but not a small pile of canvas on the ground. Surely she can avoid all terrain by using Force Phase?

Surely she can avoid all terrain by using Force Phase? That's a fair question. And it's good logic. Answer: There are literally hundreds of things just like that in this game, and many things don't work the way you'd think they should. But real world logic doesn't apply when it comes to game rules!
