If you make a successful Bomban Gungan save and force an enemy within 6 squares to attack themself or an ally, they cannot Parry or Evade or Dodge or SM or SSM or do any Special Ability which allows them to respond to a hit can they?
Could they if they have a Force ability (like Lightsaber Defense) that negates damage, use it to try to avoid damage from the redirected attack?
Also, if an attacking character has a Twin attack, does one roll cover both shots?
I am sure Double, Triple or more a separate roll has to be made for each.

An ally could use anything that responds to an attack, as they're still being attacked (as long as it doesn't specify that it's an enemy doing the attacking). I would THINK the same would apply if they were forced to attack themself, but I'm not positive.
