Can Vong get FR from SidHolo in a mixed squad and spend the Force Points? How about droids, vehicles, and emplacements?Huh

For the vong I would think yes, as it is a commander effect they are benefiting from, not a force power. once they get force renewal it should still work as it is their OWN force power and the definition for force immunity says that OTHER characters cant affect them with force powers.

And droids are not subject to commander effects unless it states otherwise (which sidious hologram's doesn't) so they would not gain force renewal. vehicles and emplacements I see no restriction for, so they should be able to benefit as long as they do not have the droid ability.

Per the rules, yes. Not only is it a CE, but they are only immune to force powers of "enemies." This also means that Cade Skywalker can heal a Yuuzhan Vong Ossus Guardian using the Force, without needing to screw around with cross-faction gaming.

Personally, I wish Force Immunity would be errataed to the following: "Force Powers cannot affect this character, nor can force points be spent to reroll, respond to, or affect any part of any activation involving this character as either a target or as an activated character."

That would be incorrect. A character with Force Immunity cannot be affected by force powers of other characters. This includes both allies and enemies.

Your re-wording would prevent Yoda from using a force point to reroll an attack against a different character if he also attacked a Vong character during a galloping attack.
