Does Boomig Voice affect GOWK's CE?
I'm having this argument with a friend about this situation :/

No, GOWK's CE has no range and is thus not affected by Booming Voice.

You just have to see if they qualify for using it (they must have an ally within 6 squares of them). Think of it kind of being like Opprotunist or Cunning Attack. A character may have the ability, but do they get it when they attack someone? In this case, does the follower have a buddy near by? Sincerely, Jester007
