Supreme Overlord Yo'gand does not display any abilities on the search page; nothing happens when you hover over his name.
However, they appear on his block when you click on the character.

I think bloomilk wouldn't generate the pop-up and search summaries because Yo'gand's list of abilities is too long. but I have managed to get it showing all of them except Yo'gand's Core with some fiddling. just don't let anyone ever design a character with that many special abilities again... :)
