Have Boss and Republic Commando Training Sarge been Errata'd to Unique? Options

So I was making a Republic Commando Squad, and I had Queen Amidala in, and I noticed that I wasn't getting the Rapport discount on the Sergeant or Boss? I was getting it on Sev and Scorch, but as I understood, all RCs are Non-Unique, and the training Sergeant is too. So what gives?

i'm not fully sure but i think it might just be because not all pieces show up with rapport as it would take ages to program all of that (im not 100% sure that's just my theory)

The Sergeant and RC Boss are not followers. Queen Amidala's Rapport is only for non-Unique Republic followers.
