I think I know the answer to this, but I wanted to be sure. All force powers and SAs with "sight" follow normal targeting rules, right? Like Force Push 4 or Cest 20 cannot hit Super Stealthed characters in cover from across the board? Also, say a character with grenades is near a few enemies, 1 is six squares away without cover, 1 is 2 squares away in cover, and another is 4 squares away in cover. Can the guy with grenades only throw grenades at the 1 guy out in the open and the one in cover 2 squares away? Thanks for any help!

1. That is correct. 2. Both are legal targets. You can always target a character without cover, and a character in cover is only a valid target if they are the nearest enemy.

Some of the powers have "ignore cover". Just watch for those as well.

Also, some Special Abilities ignore cover like "Fire Support Mission."

Yup, usualy every FP or SA goes by normal targeting rules, & usualy when they break them rules it will specifically say it on the card. When you got abilities that say sight, just mean you dont have a normal range like most abilities, it would still have to be a legal target, as others mentioned in this thread, abilities like ignore cover or regardless of line of sight mean normal target rules dont apply
