Inspired in part by Mandalore Da Beast, I really had to try my hand at a Death Watch Raider squad.

An important thing to keep in mind: I only ever play at home, with my girlfriend. So, I don't have to worry about running into YoBuck, or Lancers, or even Super Stealth (outside of maybe a Bacara squad). So, the low activation count and the complete lack of door control don't impact me at all.

And, while I'm definitely going more towards the "fun" as opposed to the "competitive" end of the spectrum, I'm still trying to make the squad at least decently playable.

With that, here goes!

--Twist and Shoot--
57 Boba Fett, Mercenary Commander
26 Mandalorian Quartermaster
19 Mandalorian Scout
30 Death Watch Raider x2
13 Czerka Scientist
3 Mouse Droid

(148pts. 7 activations)

I wanted the focus to be more on the DWR, as opposed to just trying to cram him into a general Mando squad. Accurate shot helps me make the most of my Cunning attacks, either hitting the juicier targets that normally get activated at the end, or by controlling my opponent's movements with my firing lanes. Jolt all around makes the Cunning targets even juicier.

The Scout does triple duty here. It gives me an Opportunist to take advantage of the Jolts. It gives me a Double/Twin attacker to balance out the Cunnings. And Cloaked helps me position and defend against the DWRs, should they have a change of heart.

Please feel free to comment, either here or on the squad itself, about either the build ideas or the play strategies. I don't particularly care for ratings, as I'm one of those that thinks it's actually a very personal system (as in, I consider a 5 to be completely "average", whereas most view a 7 as average, falling in line with standard American grading schemes). I'd much rather prefer thoughts than ratings.
