Ok I know this has been discussed, but for the life of me I can't remember the answer. Leia from A&E has

At the end of this character's turn, 1 Rebel follower within 6 squares can make 1 immediate attack at +4 Attack and +10 Damage.


With this can I use twin attack or does the specification of "1 immediate attack" trump that?

You can use twin (not optional in fact) but only the first attack gets the bonus.

think Djem So Style Mastery, where the first attack on the twin gets the +10 damage.

Twin attack says "makes an extra attack". there's no may in the wording, implying that's it's mandatory.

P.S. didja satchel charge the door?

You can use twin attack almost all the time, even on things like AoO where it says you can only make one attack. The only times when you can't use twin attack is when you defeat the enemy, betray over to the enemies team, or are killed.
