I am confused. From the way I see it its like this
Round 1: The game begins, Anakin moves to a square 12 away then yobuck moves within 6 of him gaining moentum, the round continues till next,
Round 2: The player with Yobuck wins init and moves Yobuck first now because last round he finished within 6 of anakin so he has gained momentum from last round and can move a potential of 26 squares strafeing as he goes with momentum from last round. Now if he dosnt finish within 6 squares of anakin again or mas is not on the board then he loses momentum for round 3.
Because whats the point in someone gaining momentum if they have finished they're move and cant attack with it
Thats the way i see it. we need clarification on what the word "move" means like should it be changed to turn.

The way I see it is if you don't end your move within six of anikin you don't get it if mass is on the board you get it at the end of your move and if you move and at the end you are adjacent you gain momentum and then can attack but if mass is not there anikn needs to be in six at the end not when you start moving

yes but if you end your move then u cant attack because its then the next persons move.
like i said we need to get move to be erraterd to either movement or turn

Move does not equal turn. Move equals moving a character 1 or more squares.
Basically, Anakin's/Durge's/Warmaster Lah's CE requires the character to completely finish their movement action for it to kick in. So it cannot work in conjunction with Mobile Attack, Strafe Attack, and Galloping Attack (except for the last attack if they remain adjacent).
As for an erratta/clarification, it would be highly unlikely as the CE's been around since clone strike and the phrasing "ends it's move" has been around since RS.
