First off this will be, my squad. The only way it wont be, is if they come out with a new Revan who is worth building a squad with. So here it is:

--Super Dynamic Duo--
88 Darth Revan
62 Boba Fett, Bounty Hunter

(150pts. 2 activations)

I have many ideas in my head about how I would run this squad. Most of them follow these general rules:

1) Use Revan's Ce to get to gambit, if it is unreachable, then find a tactical position to launch an assault from.
2) Separation, although not recommended is allowed.
3) When faced with high damage shooters, Calculate chances of hitting either character. Most often Boba is better with evade, remember this.
4) When faced with Melee beast. Assess the context but most often allow them to run up to Revan.
-4b) Rarely have Revan run up to them, unless end of round.
5) Never rely upon Disintegration. Cap the low hp Commanders.
6) Revan's CE allows Boba to move 6 before attacking, use wisely to get behind enemy lines.

Using Revan:
1) Corrupt a lot!
2) Save up FP
3) Hold doors for Boba
4) Don't forget my CE
5) Force Storm Armies of Uggies.

Using Boba:
1) Imagine he doesn't have Disintegration.
1b) Shoot Tactically, not their biggest piece.

I probably forgot stuff but for now I am good enough..

That is a cool pair except I don't think they will be able to do much. With only 2 activations your opponent will activate a couple of grunts then he will send his big threats and start chipping away your health. Sure you will win initiative, but your damage out put is not great enough. Someone could also just override a door and keep you locked away while they collect gambit. I suggest if you want to use Revan you should use cheaper shooters.

Oh, I know all the problems with this squad. I am not bringing this squad expecting to win any of my games. I am bringing it to bring it.

I have never played Revan before but If I had a crack at him for 150 I would try something like this.

88 Darth Revan
28 Dash Rendar, Renegade Smuggler
23 Jarael
5 Caamasi Noble
3 Ugnaught Demolitionist
3 Ugnaught Demolitionist

(150pts. 6 activations)

The Idea is to use MT to have Jarael Move before anyone so she can base someone. Then she triple attacks to activate someone with shock staff, then use Dash to moible in and out taking 4 shots. NOble will help get gambit or he can base people and take away double or triple attackers before they even activate. I did not put the mouse droid in because Revans Commander effect for allowing an ally to move before the round is unlimited.

I like what you got going there, I'm not a fan of the Revan fig but it works nicely here BigGrin

So I went 2-2 at Bloomilk Championship with this. A lot better than I expected.

Things you should note, I rolled a total of eighteen 20s the whole day, and did not get a single disintegration. All of my 20s were initiative rolls, when I have Revan in my squad :/, and lightsaber blocks, and saves.

I was hoping for the Big D, but it never came.
