Self-explanatory. A program with which one could make squads offline, then upload them to the site. Not necessarily replacing the current Squad Creator.

Fair note, as a laymen, I have no idea if this would be technically impractical.

You used to be able to create a squad in Mini Manager, and upload to bloomilk. But that function was removed a while ago. Can't remember the exact reason, but I think it was speed.

I was just going to say that there already is one: SW Mini Manager.
Available for free download here:
