so my buddy, SithFlyOnBasalisks told me last night that he could spend force points as many times as he wanted in a round, regardless of whether he has MoTF or not.
ive always played with "if you can spend one force point, you can only spend it once every round".
example.....
i shot at his Flobi, he missed his soresu save, and burned for mettle. he still missed.
i then shot him with my other elite senate guard, and he failed his soresu save, again.
again, he burns a FP for mettle, not making the save.
is this legal? under different circumstances can you spend force points in a round whenever you want to?
like i said, i have only spent FPs once per round, and i would like to know if i have been doing this wrong, and i would also like an example of how many times i can spend FPs.

You have been doing it wrong. A character can spend force points once per turn, not once per round.
This is covered in the glossary definition of force points.

Without Master of the force 2, you can only spend one force point per each characters turn. So, SithFlyOnBasalisks was correct in how he used it.....even though it is amazing he failed twice in a row. What rotten luck.

My BFBH Desintegrates revan at full HP, and then right after that, he desintegrates Kun,also at full HP.... in one turn!! (he had double twin from Flobi  ). i was very pleased with the out come.
