vader is about to use 5 of palpy on Crappers FPs...
he has line of sight to guys who have SS all the way in the back, he LoS to guys in cover in the middle, and he LoS to guys on the frontline, clean LoS i might add.
does Vader Unleashed get to throw his LS at anyone he sees, including those with SS.
i know he can hit guys with SS, but im trying to figure the restrictions on what Vader can throw at.

I believe, "regardless of cover" means he can pick anyone he can see. So he could hit the guys with SS way in back, the guys with cover in the middle, or the guys up front.

yes since you are ignoring cover that means that all targets within LOS are in the open. So yes making the throw would be possible with LOS.

So am i right in thinking of LST 5 as Accurite Shot Throw?

It's better than accurate shot as it gets around Superstealth, Cloaked, and the Rodian Vigo's CE.
