I thought this would be an interesting idea to kick around. Thoughts?

Special Abilities

Force Immunity
Melee Attack
Singularity Mines (Characters who enter a space adjacent to this character take 20 damage and cannot make attacks of opportunity for the rest of the round; save 11; huge and larger characters ignore the nondamaging effect. Any character who takes damage from this ability cannot move or be moved for the remainder of the round; save 11)
Blastbug (Replaces attacks; Range 6; 20 damage to 1 target enemy and each adjacent enemy; save 11)
Vonduun Crab Armor 6
Stealth
Twin Attack

Interesting concept with typical YV stats. However, I don't recall any vong using singularity "seeds" for ground-based warfare, but I admit its been some time since I read that series. Also, where is the force immunity?

I think the right term is "coral implants". Those were the "seeds" that were planted in the slaves that gave the vong control over them.

Nice piece, just needs force immunity.BlooMilk

At one point I think I remember they were on a warship and the Vong threw some "seeds" the created black holes when touched . . . I translated it into the Vong version of Mines. Force Immunity added.

Its coming along well. Just a thought, how about the seeds SA effecting movement? Something that requires a save to move or some such? I like the prevention of AoO.

Nice custom. I would suggest rewording Singularity Mines to something like this:

(An enemy that moves adjacent to this character takes 20 damage, cannot make attacks of opportunity and cannot move or be moved for the rest of the round; save 11; Huge and larger characters ignore the nondamaging effects)

Just to simplify it and cut down on the number of saves made. Also, Blastbug seems very similar to Grenades 20. You could throw something else in there to make it more unique, such as activating the damaged characters, pushing the damaged characters a square or two, or even making it characters within 2 squares of the target that are affected, if you want.
